- Can I do something about it ?
- If not, how do I make peace with myself about that ? There is no point in keeping worrying !
- Do I get some sort of reward staying where I am ?
- What is that ?
- Is it to avoid something unpleasant ? Or to get something pleasant ?
- How can I get that reward a more productive way ?
